How RME's Experts Provide Support in Litigation
RME has testified as an expert in a variety of building science litigations involving mold and chemical contamination, water damage, wind damage, and hurricane damage (including both flood and wind). RME has testified, or prepared expert reports used to support settlement negotiations, on behalf of building owners, tenants and insurance companies. RME has testified on both the plaintiff and defense side of litigation.
