How RME's Plans Prevent Storm Water & Spills
RME has prepared storm water prevention plans and spill prevention control and countermeasure plans for manufacturing and chemical distribution facilities. Plans developed by RME are designed to be understood and implemented by non-environmental facility personnel. In many cases, RME's review of the client's facility has resulted in recommendations to reduce the inventory of unnecessary petroleum storage, thereby exempting the facility from regulation. One of the Senior Partners for RME, David Weeks, has experience reviewing and enforcing NPDES permits while serving with EPA Region 6.
